Who we are
ClockworkBots builds AI agents and business automation. In this notice, "we" and "us" mean ClockworkBots.
For anything about your data, email contact@clockworkbots.com.
What we collect, and why
The contact form
The form on our contact page asks for your name, your email, your company (optional) and what you want automated. When you send it, our server passes those four fields to Web3Forms, a form service, and Web3Forms emails them to us. Your IP address is not part of what our server sends.
Web3Forms keeps each submission for up to three years unless it is deleted sooner. Its privacy policy covers that copy.
We use what you send only to reply to you about the work you asked about.
If you write to contact@clockworkbots.com, we get your email address and your message. Mail for our domain arrives through Zoho Mail (Zoho's privacy policy).
The WhatsApp links on this site open a chat with our number, +92 303 2665710, with a first message already typed in. You can edit it, and nothing is sent until you press send. Once you do, we see your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and what you write. WhatsApp handles the chat under its own privacy policy.
Booking a call
The calendar on the contact page is run by Cal.com. It does not load until you click "Open the calendar". Then your browser loads Cal.com's booking code from app.cal.com, and Cal.com collects what you enter to book, under its privacy policy. Cal.com then sends us the booking with the details you entered.
The call runs on Google Meet or Zoom, whichever you choose when you book. Google Meet handles the call under Google's privacy policy, and Zoom under Zoom's privacy policy.
What the site records by itself
This site is hosted by Vercel. Vercel receives the technical details your browser sends with every request, such as your IP address, and the location it works out from that address. Its privacy notice covers that data.
If your browser asks for neither English nor Spanish, the site uses the country Vercel works out from your IP address to pick English or Spanish. The site's code uses the country for that choice only and doesn't store it.
Cookies
The site's own code sets one cookie, named NEXT_LOCALE. It holds "en" or "es" to remember your language. The site sets it when you change language with the EN/ES switch. It also sets it when you open a page in the other language from the one your browser prefers: a Spanish page when your browser prefers another language, or an English page when it prefers Spanish. After that, the cookie follows the language of the pages you open. It is a session cookie, so your browser normally deletes it when you close it.
If you open the Cal.com calendar, Cal.com's code runs inside this page, and its own policy covers anything it stores.
What we don't do
The site runs no analytics and no visitor tracking. If we add analytics later, it will be a tool that sets no cookies, and this page will change before it goes live.
There are no advertising pixels or ad cookies, and there is no newsletter or mailing list. The fonts are served from this site, so your browser sends no request to Google Fonts.
We don't sell what you send us, or share it beyond the services named on this page.
Links to other sites
Links to LinkedIn, GitHub, WhatsApp, Cal.com and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We delete enquiries that reach us through the contact form, email, WhatsApp or a booking 12 months after our last contact with you. The copies that Web3Forms, Cal.com, Google Meet and Zoom keep follow their own privacy policies, linked above.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email the address under "Who we are", and we'll do what you ask within 30 days of your request. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. The site works without the language cookie.
Governing law
This notice is governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Changes to this notice
When the site starts collecting something new, we update this page first and change the date at the top.
