AI integration
AI added to the systems you already run
You do not need to replace your CRM, your helpdesk, or your internal tools to use AI. AI integration means adding capability where it earns its place: summarising long threads, drafting replies for approval, classifying and routing incoming requests, extracting data from documents, and answering questions from your own knowledge base. We connect it to your existing systems and keep a human in the loop wherever the decision matters.
No. 01 — What this removes
Teams with working systems who want AI inside them, not another platform beside them.
No. 02 — What we build
Drafting & summarising
Long email threads, tickets, and calls condensed to what matters, with replies drafted for a human to approve and send.
Classification & routing
Incoming requests sorted by intent, urgency, and owner, so the right person sees them first.
Document extraction
Invoices, forms, and contracts turned into structured data your systems can actually use.
Knowledge answers
Questions answered from your own documentation, with the source cited so answers can be checked.
No. 03 — How it is put together
Every agent we build runs the same four stages. Knowing them means you can tell us exactly where your process differs.
01
Connect
We read from the systems you already run — CRM, helpdesk, drive, database — without moving you off them.
02
Ground
The model is given your documents and records as context, so answers come from your business, not from guesswork.
03
Draft
It summarises, classifies, routes, or drafts — whichever the task needs — and shows its source.
04
Approve
A person approves anything customer-facing or financial before it ships. Autonomy is earned, not assumed.
No. 04 — How we work
- 01
Discovery
A thirty-minute call about what you want to build or automate. You tell us how things work today; we tell you what it would take.
- 02
Proposal
A fixed-scope plan: what the agent will do, what it costs, and when it ships. No open-ended retainers to start.
- 03
Build
We build, connect, and test the agent on your real workflows — with you in the loop the whole way.
- 04
Support
With optional "Monthly care", we monitor it, fix it when a connected tool or API changes, and make small improvements.
No. 05 — Questions
Which AI models do you use?
Whichever fits the task, cost, and privacy requirements — we are not tied to one vendor, and we will tell you when a task needs no AI at all.
Will our data be used to train someone's model?
Not under the configurations we deploy. We use business-tier APIs with training disabled, and we keep the data flow explicit so you know exactly what leaves your systems.
Can we keep a human in the loop?
Yes, and for anything customer-facing or financial we recommend it. Draft-and-approve is often the right first step; full autonomy comes once the output has earned trust.
What does it cost to add AI to our tools?
Our entry offer, "Your first automation", is USD 1,500 for one workflow or one AI agent connected to two or three of your tools, delivered in two weeks, plus any AI and tool running costs, which each provider bills you directly. Anything bigger gets a fixed price after the free discovery call, with the scope agreed in writing before any work starts.
Ready to take this off your plate?
Thirty minutes, no obligation. We map it and tell you what it would take.
