DealBot, an AI sales agent for WhatsApp and Telegram
DealBot is an AI sales agent for small businesses that sell over chat. When a customer writes on WhatsApp or Telegram, DealBot answers from your products and business info, in the customer's own language. DealBot can talk price down to a product's lowest price and never below it. When the customer pays, DealBot asks for a payment screenshot and sends it to you, and the order counts as paid only after you approve it. DealBot is our own product and is still in development.

Answers from your products
DealBot answers questions from your product list and your business info, and only offers products you actually sell.
The customer's own language
DealBot replies in the language and tone the customer writes in, with nothing to set up for each customer.
A lowest price it keeps
Each product can carry a lowest price. DealBot comes down in smaller steps as the customer haggles and cannot go under it. A product without one stays at its listed price.
The order at the agreed price
When the customer says yes, DealBot opens the order at the price agreed in the chat, shares how the customer can pay you, and asks for a payment screenshot.
You approve every payment
DealBot sends you the payment screenshot with the order, and the amount it reads off the picture as a hint. Only your approval marks the order as paid.
Reply yourself, any time
Open a conversation on your phone and tap Reply myself. DealBot stops replying in that chat until you tap Let DealBot reply.

Ask
A customer writes on WhatsApp or Telegram, and DealBot answers from your products and business info.

If the customer haggles, DealBot comes down in smaller steps, never below the product's lowest price.

When the customer agrees, DealBot opens the order at that price, sends your payment details and asks for a screenshot.

You see the screenshot and the order. When you approve, DealBot tells the customer, in their language.

DealBot does not connect to a CRM, a calendar or email. DealBot works inside the chat and can ask you when a payment or a question needs you. An agent wired into your own tools is custom work, and the free discovery call is where that starts.
No. 05 — Questions
Is DealBot live?
DealBot is in development and has not launched yet. Its own site, dealbot.clockworkbots.com, is live while we build it, and it shows how a sale goes. When DealBot launches, this page will say so. If you want an agent built around the way you sell now, book the free discovery call.
Can DealBot give a discount I didn't agree to?
No. DealBot cannot go below a product's lowest price, and a product without one stays at its listed price. That limit is enforced in code, so nothing a customer writes can move it.
Does DealBot confirm payments by itself?
No. When a customer sends a payment screenshot, DealBot tells them it has gone to you and sends it to you with the order. The order counts as paid only after you approve it.
What if a customer asks something DealBot doesn't know?
DealBot answers from your products and business info. When the answer isn't there, DealBot can ask you and tell the customer it is checking.
